Online payment with us is safe and secure. Your payments are processed through PayPal, so your information is never stored with us. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase online, PayPal just gives an option for buyers who do have accounts to use it for their purchases.

Shipping Policy

We will ship out your item within 24 hours of purchase. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right to use UPS, DHL, or USPS. If you want your purchase shipped to a PO Box, delivery method will be USPS. We do not ship COD.

Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the total sale price before taxes (if applicable). Below is our standard shipping cost.

1. Domestic Delivery
Shipment within the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) will be automatically calculated at checkout utilizing the Standard Shipping Chart below. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to items that are heavier in weight, requiring special shipping or are shipped beyond the 48 contiguous states. Taxes are applied for purchases made in the state of Arizona. .
2. Tracking your Package
You will have the ability to track your UPS and USPS orders. Please email us for your tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

We want our canine customers to be 100% happy. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we will gladly accept UNUSED, UNWASHED, and RESALABLE items, less shipping costs within 15 days of purchase.. Please note reason for return or an item to be exchanged and return to:
