Q. How fast do you ship the item?A. We ship within 24 hours of receipt and payment of your order unless it is out of stock. We will contact you via email if your item is out of stock. Please allow up to 5 business day for standard USPS delivery of your purchase. Large orders may be in multiple shipments.
Q. How do I know what size shirt my dog wears?
A. Items are made differently. Please see our sizing chart for assistance. For shirts, please measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. If your dog is a bit on the heavy side, measure around their chest as well and if it is close to the next size up, then take the bigger size. For collars, please snuggly measure around their neck; do not use the size of their current collar as a base for ordering.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we will gladly accept unused and resalable items within 15 days of purchase. Please return items to the address below with reason for return.
